By purchasing and or installing any product from LEM you agree to the following and below stipulations and terms. This is in effect whether you read and or agree to the terms and conditions or not. Each item from us is handmade and not a mass produced product, as such with one off racing components there is risk of failure or damage to your engine. Please consider this when ordering and install at your own risk.
Downpipes without Catalytic converters ("uncatted") and with modified ultra high flow Catalytic converters
("catted") are intended for race use only and are not for street or highway use.Modification to the item may be need in order to ensure a proper fit for some models and variations. As is such the case with racing parts.
By purchasing any product from Logos Engineering Motorworks that modifies the OEM ( Original Equipment) catalytic converters on the vehicle, you acknowledge that the product is strictly intended for closed track events and off-road use only. You are hereby informed and warned to check your local, state, and federals laws before buying and installing these or any aftermarket parts to be sure whether usage is in violation. All installation-risk and use-risk is borne by the end-user and installer of these parts.
Our products are not guaranteed to not give a CEL (check engine light). In the event you do get a CEL, we see these go away with the appropriate sensor spacer in most cases but hereby not guaranteed. No CEL feature is applicable to those that are advertised with that feature only. No CEL is only warranted when installed by a qualified interdependent shop or mechanic associated with a verifiable shop/ establishment and in such a case a verifiable picture of the CEL code will need to be provided as proof of the fault code. In such an event the item will be deemed pre-owned/used and will be reimbursed at the discretion LEM up to 40% percent of the full retail price minus original shipping. Such circumstances will be a case by case basis and not guaranteed as each vehicle may react differently to modifications from year to year within the make/model.
RETURNS and PROMOTIONS:
ALL Promo offers and discounts are final sale with no returns, no exceptions. This includes bundles/ group discounts, free shipping, discounts off the actual retail price and any and all non-regular price offers. All air intakes are non-refundable: no exceptions: unless there is a noted, documented mechanical defect, in which we shall replace according to our discretion. All C43 F.A.I air intakes are final sale only, no returns, no exceptions. Installation, usage and any potential damage to vehicle as a result of installation and usage is solely the responsibility of the original purchaser and hereby L.E.M is held harmless from such claims (see Indemnification clause below). Heatshields will be replaced on a as needed basis at the discretion of LEM.
All other NON-defective returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, Minus payal processing fees: no exceptions. In the event a car manufacturer introduces a "running change" within the cars production which is categorized as: changing a part to accommodate another part/ add-on, adding or subtracting a bracket,moving a sensor from the original location, adding or modifying the body,suspension and any or all additions and subtractions differing from the original mold used to make the initial product, LEM will issue a partial refund which will equate to the wholesale cost of the item in the event of a return request. For all other returns: purchasers must ship back the item at their expense and the product has to be in unmounted, un-used condition with ALL original bubble wrap, protective sleeves and cushioning within box. Improper packaging in the case of a return that leads to cosmetic or structural defects will be subject to a 15% “refinishing fee” to touch up polished or brushed finishes and or CNC re-milling of flanges or mounts and or re-chamfering of brackets. All bolts that were shipped with the item, has to accompany the return and any missing bolts will be charged a three dollar charge per missing bolt, customer cannot “add” their own bolts or hardware to make up for missing items.
7 day return window starts on the actual calendar day that the item was delivered according to the carriers tracking information, regardless of the specific time delivered.
Defective returns; in which the product does not meet the structural performance (this does not include fitment, but rather mechanical performance) that was originally paid for will be covered by Logos Engineering Motorworks, a receipt or proof of professional installation must be provided and validated before any refunds are disbursed. This means a professional and verifiable mechanic or shop so as to verify the product was installed by a professional. This includes covering the costs of the return shipping plus 100% of the original cost refunded to original purchaser only. Original purchaser is defined by the person who originally paid for the item and whos name matches the original shipping address. The 7 day window does not apply to full exhausts or air intakes as these items are final sale.
Each item is made by hand and has to pass a 3 person inspection before approved for sale, this includes visual and mechanical checks to ensure that our products meet our high standards. All returns are to be made by USPS only to our designated address.
Warranty, Disclaimers and Terms of Use:

Warranty is for 90 days on workmanship, materials and structural integrity on high flow catalytic converters only. Warranty does not cover actual catalytic converters matrix substrates, as these are subject to wear and tear due to use. Warranty is honored and issued to original purchaser who’s name appears on the original form of payment, shipping address and listed on the enclosed or emailed receipt only and cannot be transferred.
For all products this warranty does not cover damage due to (a) transportation, (b) storage, (c) improper use, (d) failure to follow the Product instructions or to perform any preventive maintenance, (e) modifications to actual product, (f) unauthorized repair, (g) normal wear and tear, (h) external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., acts of God and natural disasters).
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service or products will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service or product will be accurate or reliable.
You agree that from time to time we may remove the service or product for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service or product at any time, without notice to you.
You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service or product is at your sole risk and that LEM is not and will be at no fault for engine damage, vehicle damage, or any financial consequence as a result of product failure either in function, usage, or performance . The service and all products delivered to you through the service or purchase are (except as expressly stated by us) provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranties (other than what is initially offered) or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
In no case shall Logos Engineering Motorworks, Logos Engineering, L.E.M, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, engine or vehicle damage, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Logos Engineering Motorworks, Logos Engineering and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
